FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Broward College graphic design students have once again won multiple ADDY Awards from the American Advertising Awards.

The students’ projects received two gold and 10 silver awards, plus best in show at a local competition for the Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach area. They will advance to a district competition on April 25 on the Space Coast that includes all of Florida and the Caribbean. The district awards are followed by a national competition, taking place in May in Austin.

"I'm incredibly proud of our students. Winning 12 ADDY Awards, including two Gold, 10 Silver, and Best of Show, is a testament to their creativity and hard work,” said Adriana Portal, Graphic Design AS professor and program manager. “These honors not only celebrate their individual talent but also highlight the quality of work produced in our program."

In 2025, three Broward College students won three National Student Silver ADDY Awards.
