Broward College Introduces 'Broward College Online – Florida's Global Campus' and Expands Online Degree Offerings
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Broward College today announced the expansion of its online degree and certificate program offerings, and introduced 'Broward College Online – Florida's Global Campus.' The latest degree programs added include an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice Technology, and technical certificates in airport management, international business and entrepreneurship. Broward College Online – Florida's Global Campus and its expanded online degree programs will begin fall 2013, offering flexible and accelerated online programs for students within and outside the state of Florida.
With an emphasis on innovation, convenience and quality, Broward College Online – Florida's Global Campus is designed to prepare students for today’s competitive global marketplace. The fully online programs are taught by experienced faculty and will be delivered through Desire2Learn (D2L), a learning management system for online, blended and web-enhanced courses. Broward College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees. The fully online degree programs include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an Associate of Arts and six Associate of Science degrees, as well as many technical certificates. Additionally, Broward College Online – Florida's Global Campus offers blended degree and certificate programs that combine an on-campus with an online learning experience.
