Broward College Experts Available to Discuss President’s Prime-Time Address on Immigration

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (Nov. 20, 2014) – President Obama will be addressing the nation tonight in prime-time on the topic of immigration. Broward College has the following experts available to discuss the president’s immigration speech

Kevin Walsh, Ph.D., is a professor of political science. He teaches classes on U.S. government, as well as state and local government. Walsh is available to discuss the possible implications of President Obama’s speech tonight, since Republican lawmakers are opposed to the president’s plan. Robert Chalwell, Ph.D., professor of political science, is available to discuss the possible effects of the president’s speech tonight, for not only the immigrants living in the United States, but also the Republican lawmakers threatening to oppose any action that is taken by the president.
