Broward College Welcomes Disney Institute to Broward County

One-day training, presented by the Small Business Development Center, to provide trademark customer best practices

Cypress Creek, FL (July 7, 2016) – Broward College is proud to host the Disney Institute for a one-day customer service program titled "How to Transform Your Organization through Disney's Approach to Quality Service" on Thursday, September 22 at the Omni Auditorium located at the Broward College North Campus in Cypress Creek, Fla. The training, presented by the Florida SBDC Fort Lauderdale, will help area professionals begin to examine how they can differentiate their service to become a provider of choice while learning the processes necessary to develop a culture which consistently delivers exceptional service.

This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide. "How to Transform Your Organization through Disney's Approach to Quality Service" gives participants the chance to explore how customer experience insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide can provide relevant illustrations and engaging stories to help organizations deliver the type of long-term results they are capable of delivering.        

The course is beneficial to any leader or employee interested in learning how service drives differentiation and how to design and deliver exceptional customer service as well as how to recover from a service failure. As part of the training, participants will receive training manuals/workbooks from the Disney Institute as well as a certificate of completion from the Disney Institute.

The program will begin with registration and reception at 7:30 a.m. with the program beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. Advanced registration is $495 per participant until August 15, then $595 per participant through event day.
