David Gains

David Gains is a twenty-five-year veteran of the Pembroke Pines Fire Department. Battalion Chief Gains has served as a shift commander for the last thirteen years. Chief Gains has also served Broward College for the last twenty-three years first as an adjunct professor, then full-time faculty, and now serves as the EMT program coordinator. Chief Gains is a proud Broward College EMT, Paramedic, A.S., and A.A. graduate. Chief Gains also holds a bachelor’s degree in EMS from the University of Florida. Chief Gains has been married to his wife Jennifer for twenty-five years and have three sons. Chief Gains is a student of leadership and is an avid reader and outdoorsman.
